EXPO WEST LOS ANGELES - 09

The Expo was a huge Natural Foods Covention held in Los Angeles.
Our experience was that most of the food there was not 'natural'. Most of the companies were simply 'formulators'
of 'food like substances' and imitation (although organic) food products.

Mahatma Gandhi was asked what he thought of Western civilization.
He replied, "I think it is a good idea."
The Expo was a 'good idea' as well.

We turned out to have one of the 'greenest' booths of all
We decorated our display with organic wheatgrass. The bottles of ghee were placed in the grass.
We were trying to make a point:
Milk is the essence of grass and ghee is the essence of milk.

We gave out samples of our ghee poured onto organic rice and sweet peas. People loved the samples of 'real food' and we were able to
meet and speak to many. Very few knew what ghee was so we did a lot of education as well. Overall we had a wonderful time.
