This is the Mahamrtunjaya Mantra. It is a traditional 'ghee making' mantra or prayer.
The mantra is said to improve health, rejuvenate the body, mind and environment
and lead to the realization of immortality
It is the prayer we use the whole day when we make our ghee.
The whole atmosphere is thoroughly permeated by its vibration.

Pouring out the golden ghee.
The bowl held underneath is to catch any drips
The ghee jars , with the tops off, are left out to cool.
They are shining with the radiant golden color of the sun.
The smell of the newly made ghee is intoxicating.
The whole atmosphere of the kitchen is full of the prayer of the Mahamrtunjaya Mantra
